Pantry Cupboard - My design for a school teacher in Northern California

Very nice color, rat tail hinges and pinned mortise and tenon construction. Nice hand beaded cove molding. Can be built in various sizes to suit your needs. A well proportioned cupboard with nice lines. Very functional and can be moved around and used in different rooms in your Home. Great for sweaters, quilts, towels and bedding, etc. 78" H x 31" W x 16" D. Plus molding 4". I imagine it would also hold a small TV, or could be made to. A very flexible, handy cupboard. The top door could be left open in order to display items of interest.

The top door could "hide" a small T.V., while the bottom shelves could be used, of course, for storage space as mentioned above. A nice piece for the bedroom; even a large bathroom could accommodate a functional cupboard such as this one. Other rooms in your Home would also be comfortable with this piece.

This shows the Pantry Cupboard with the top door open. The door is known as a slab door, and therefore, it has two cleats attached so as to keep the door square. The original cupboards that featured slab doors also had cleats for stability or, if not, they should have.

This shows the cupboard with the cove molding on top, the hand beading and the wonderful hand wrought rat tail hinges in an "old" rusty patina.
